General information traineeship: The traineeship has a duration of thirtheen months and consists of 2 phases. The first educates you on stocks, investing, product management and tax. You are also introduced to other financial areas like risk, finance and audit.
On of the steps in the traineeship is working at the Stock advising department. During this period in one of our 32 offices you will experience the daily work of a private banker, stock advisor or property manager.
During the second phase you will apply the theory you learned as a professional Van Lanschot employee. Together with your mentor and the general coordinator you will further develop your competences as negotiating, convincing and working customer directed. At the end you will choose together with your mentor an
area to specialize in.
Candidates:
- Are you customer directed and involved?
- Are you a good listener and quick reactor?
- Do you emit a self confident attitude and your communatif?
- Are you interested in the financial world?
- Are you commercial and result oriented?
- Do you have a degree in Economics, Law, Business Administration or something alike?
- Do you have maximal one year of working experience?
