Boskalis owns a fleet of more than 300 units and operates in more than 50 countries. When the partnerships are taken into account, Boskalis offers work to 8000 employees, divided over 3 segments: Dredging and Ground movement, Naval Infrastructure and Naval and Terminalservices.
General information traineeship: In a period of 14 months, you will get to know the whole company and you will certainly be surprised by our diverisity. Boskalis is an organisation where we work together with other international parties to big projects.

You will work for four periods of each eight to eleven weeks on different national and international locations fulfilling different roles.

You will get to know worldwide \"on the job\" the production processes on our ships. You will gain insight in the way we lead our company and guide our projects related to dregding, creating shores, pipelines, protecting shores and offshore work.

The program is ended with a two-weeks program. During this period, you will work together with fellow trainees in small groups to solve a final case. This is a challenging case where the Boskalis practices are center and where you will be able to demonstrate your gained knowlegde and experience from the Trainee Program. The outcomes will be presented to the Boskalis Management.

Candidates:

• Academical education within one of the following domains: civil technics, naval technics, dredging technology, hand tool engineering, offshore technology, land and watermanagement or economics
• (Almost) graduates or maximal 2 years of working experience.
• Willingness to work national and international
• Good knowlegde of Dutch and English

During the second phase of the recruiting process, your educational background is less important. We look to your personality and the level of potential on several competences. These competences are crucial for further success within Boskalis
