graduate programmes and traineeships. Through 9 topics and 45 statements,
trainees were asked to indicate whether their traineeship was in line
with the statement and whether the statement is important to them
or not. Furthermore the survey asked the trainees to quantify some
key figures on young potential programmes. The survey collected up-to-date
traineeship market data of 333 trainees from 56 companies, 13 countries
and 9 sectors.
